I love to draw and paint fantasy creatures. I had the idea of a creature falling down from some water plant into the waves of the water. I did this with acrylic paint markers, again on stone paper.

Acrylic markers on Stone Paper
Until the moment I bought a pad of stone paper I'd never heard of this special kind of paper. I've used it for alcoholbased markers, but now I found out that it is a very good paper for acrylic paintmarkers. It is very smooth, and the acrylic ink does not suck in. Here's the definition of it:
Stone Paper products, generically referred to as bio-plastic paper, mineral paper or rich mineral paper, are strong and durable paper-like material manufactured from calcium carbonate bonded with small amount of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin. They are used in many of the same applications as cellulose-based paper.
